HOLISTIC APPROACH PEDEGOGY BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT & REPORTING REFLECTION ABOUT MYSELF

An important aspect of teaching is to ensure a sound management within the classroom
so that effective teaching can take place. Effective teaching involves monitoring
and disciplining the students and developing boundaries. Following these principles
ensures that learning can take place in the most efficient environment without
distraction. The pedagogical processes undertaken by an effective teacher include
strict organisations and routines to establish consistency.

The aim of teachers is to interacting with the students and encouraging interaction
between other fellow students. This communication provides an environment that
allows students to understand the boundaries yet explore the learning that is
available to them within those boundaries.

In order to maintain an appropriate behaviour from the class the lessons must
be organised in a way that is challenging, purposeful, supportive, safe, enjoyable,
positive and interesting whilst applying to the context the students live in.
