Teaching Philosophy: I believe that every child should be given the opportunity to learn. In order to give children the best chance of learning, I believe that I will make the best effort to be the best teacher I can be. I believe that teachers shouldntake in to consideration, children's different learning styles, differing socio-cultural backgrounds and languages, particularly in the indigenous community. My goal is to create a supportive, fun, positive, and safe learning environment, that will make children want to come to school to learn. I want to create lessons that engage children and make them excited about what they are learning, in a classroom setting that compliments my teaching strategies. I want to create a classroom environment that encourages social interaction and makes children feel confident and comfortable about sharing their knowledge so that others and I too can learn from my students.

Curriculum
Curriculum is defined as:

"...the set of courses and their contents offered by an institution such as a school or university. In some cases, a curriculum may be partially or entirely determined by an external body (such as the National Curriculum for England in English schools). The basic curriculum is established by each state with the individual school districts adjusting it to their desires.

Is defined as:
