My Holiday Destinations

My 7 months in Germany	In 1999 I spent 7 months in germany living with relatives, some closely related and others more distant. Most of the time that I was in Germany I was living in Horben a small town 15 minutes out of Freiburg. I attended a school after school hours to learn german. In the holidays I travelled around to visit different relatives. I spend a total of 5 weeks in Mannheim staying with Tante Evi, and two weeks in Norden staying with Tante Heidi, 1 week in Freiburg staying with my second cousin Baerbel, and 1 week with a friend in Wuertzburg.

National Studebaker Meets	Between year 1 and year 12 I have attended one studebaker meet every other year (except in 1999 as I was in germany), they have been at the following locations: 1989 Cessnock 1991 Launceston 1993 Harndorf 1995 Cooma 1997 Brisbane 1999 Perth (not attended) 2001 Port Stephens At many of these meets my family socialised with another family with three boys each of the boys were very similar age to us girls. after the week of club events as a groupd we would go and see the sights of the location, sometimes we would all go as a large group and other times split up into two smaller groups and go to different places.

Beach Holidays	Mum Esther and myself spent many a last week in January camping at or near Bermagui. While staying in Bermagui we spend most of our time relaxing, swimming, walking, window shopping and going for a drive to a neighbouring township.
