I am a 1st year student at Charles Sturt University, Bathurst Campus. I am currently enrolled in a B Social Science (Psychology)/ B Teaching (secondary). My teaching subjects include a major in English and a minor in Drama.

Aims
I hope to complete this course and move into the school counselling program so that I may eventually become a school counsellor. I also hope complete other teaching subjects such as Dance and Religion, to broaden my abilities as a teacher.

Tap Exams- Grades 1 to 5
Diplomas for: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Bar to Gold Star.
Awarded by the Federal Association of Teachers of Dancing (FATD).
Completed through Ultimate Dance, Maroubra Junction.

Yr. 7 – 12 completed at: Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College, Kensington

Year 12- 1st Place in: General Maths, Dance, Drama, and
Society and Culture.
2nd Place in: Religion Catholic Studies.
Consistent Application in: 5 subjects.

HSC - Band 6 for General Maths.
Band 5 for Dance, Society and Culture, Advanced English and
Religion Catholic Studies.
Band 4 for Drama.

Extra Curricular Activities –
School Performances (Dance and Drama): Creative Arts Nights,
Speech Nights, ‘The Show’ and various school ceremonies.
Representative of School (Performing): Jubilee Ceremony, Pacific School Games Opening Ceremony, Olympic
Opening/Closing Ceremony (Audience Leader), and Tap Dancing in the CGSSSA Dance Competition.

Leadership – Peer Support Leader. Working with the Year 7 students and Year
coordinator to develop and implement programs to create a smoother transition into High school. Also supporting the teachers in looking after the Year 7’s at school camp.

I have included these Achievements and Awards because I believe they highlight my pride and dedication in all aspects of education and also my ability to act as a role model to younger students. I believe these are important qualities that all educators should posses.
