What I hope to achieve as a teacher for myself and for my students is to provide them with every possible opportunity to grow to love learning, as much as they did when they were a very young child. And as a result of that to produce thinking, critical, reflective people who will be the kind of people you will be better for having met. I want to do this by developing a real connection with and understanding of the students I teach in which we can share the journey of learning and teaching together, I can learn how best to meet their needs as adolescents figuring an often very confusing life out.
