Digital Living.This fortnightly radio show on ABC radio Riverina explores new consumer technologies and the implications for our lives. Podcasts of recent shows are available on the show's home page.

Evaluation of paperless marking and return of student assignments. This research consultancy funded by the CSU Dvision of Information Technology was carried out with Daryl Miller, Peter Adams, Anthony Chan and Phil Roy. It involved the trial of paperless marking and return of 1023 student assignments across 20 subjects in 2005, using a range of hardware and software tools.

Virtual Chemistry Laboratory. Development of a Virtual Chemistry Lab,currently used by Chemistry students as part of their orientation to the CSU laboratory. The lab has also been used as part of our research into 3D environments for spatial learning. The current version of the lab can be explored.

Multimedia Presentations. Evaluation of technologies for "capturing" for delivery as a resource for Distance Education students.

Online Graduation. Development of a web site promoting the first ever University of Canberra graduation ceremony at Parliament House in Canberra. The site includes video footage of the whole ceremony (broken into small clips), and QuickTime VR shots of Parliament House from various vantage points.

VRML Browser. Development of a prototype VRML Browser, meeting a subset of the VRML version 1 specifications. The browser makes use of OLE/COM technology allowing any file for which an appropriate COM server is available to act as a texture.

Curry Cookery Concepts. Development of a prototype Computer Assisted Learning package on Curry Cookery. The prototype was designed following an Instructional Systems Design approach. Multiple versions of the prototype were developed as part of an analysis of the capabilities of authoring tools. Versions were produced using Macromedia Director, Macromedia Authorware, Asymetrix Toolbook, Allegiant Supercard and HTML Assistant Pro..
