My Code of Conduct

- Confidentiality:
- All sessions with Rebecca are strictly confidential. Any notes kept on file are treated as confidential. Rebecca has a clinical supervisor to ensure high standards of professionalism. When discussing case histories, Rebecca refers to her clients anonymously in the third person.
- Assurance of Quality:
- Rebecca is involved in a Quality Assurance Programme (QA) with Australian Traditional Medicine Society, (ATMS). As such, her practice is subject to scrutiny from a peer assessor, and case notes are a vital part of documented evidence that she is doing her job properly. You will be presented with a consent form to sign whether you agree to your file being used in this process. Rebecca also conducts client surveys for you to be able to air your views on the service you receive.
- Grievance procedures:
- Rebecca is represented by the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, (ATMS). As such she abides by a professional Code of Ethics.
Should you have any grievance with Rebecca's professional conduct, or with the service you have received and you cannot resolved it with Rebecca directly, this is the body to which you can turn.
