The Focus XR5 is also known around the world as the Focus St Mk2.
The photo above is one i took at the Mallala raceway in Adelaide in April this year. The model is an LV in Electric Orange paint
The Mk2 version was release in late 2005 in Australia as the LS/LT model which was followed by the LV in 2008
The XR5 was also used on the Ford Mondeo model in Australia in 2009 and 2010 before being discontinued.
The engine belonging to the XR5 is sourced from Volvo, known as the I-5. 5 being the number of cylinders in the engine.
