1.How can I ensure that my online booking has been received and confirmed?
After the completion of reservation, you will receive a payment success notification email, detailed itinerary and the pricing. Once the payment is completed, the tickets will be delivery to you by designated way. You can also pick up tickets by person at our branches.
2. Can I do the reservation for others?
Yes, you must fill in the traveller's name and other information accurately.
3. How can I change my reservation?
For the flight changing must be operated by customer service department. For the replacement of the flight departure date should be contact our travel consultants to assist you.
4. What is the difference between the economy fares B and N on the web page? Are they related to the seats?
These codes are only for the distinction between airline fares, there are no difference between front and rear seats.

This message is noticed that there is no flight or the flight is already full on your chosen date, so they are no longer accept either reservations or on waiting list then you can also choose other dates and re-bookings.
7. Why the web price is different from the final confirmation price sometime?
Because prices difference will depends on the holiday and the peak season. And the prices are also based on the payment date (subject to the exchange rate on the payment date). Before you purchased the products, please note the related information.
