Council Services

Library service - operates in 6 locations: Springwood, Katoomba, Blaxland, Lawson, Wenthworth Falls, Blackheath, and a Book Express service to commuters.

Aquatic and Fitness Centres - There are 5 dedicated leisure centres throughout the Blue Mountains offering different facilities, which includes

  • 2 leisure centres in Springwood and Katoomba with competitive and recreational pools as well as fitness centres.
  • 3 outdoor pool facilties in Glenbrook, Lawson & Blackheath.
