Creately gives information architects an easy to use interface with drag and drop creation methods, and a platform that does not require downloading and installing programs which multiple users (from two to 20) can utilise in real time. This includes the ability to tag and comment on documents, which enhances the ability for information architects to walk clients through their designs and the visual ideas behind their taxonomies. Creately allows for images and designs to be pasted to other websites and blogs so that users can showcase off their designs. The range of diagrams that can be completed and drawn up include flowcharts, web page mock ups, site maps and architectures, organisational charts, mind maps, Venn diagrams, drawing up network maps, SWOT analysis and much more. There is a free version available with reduced features, but the pricing for its use per for companies with all available features is quite cheap, being between $50 to $750 per year depending on the amount of users (1 to 25 members).
