Stress is the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation. While it is normal to adjust to a certain amount of stress, stress can become a problem. Becoming over-stressed can affect how we cope with day-to-day experiences and events. Symptoms of over-stress can include things such as feeling anxiety, irritability, moodiness, irritability and frustration.

Talking with an experienced counsellor can help you to process the things that cause you stress and to develope coping strategies. Rather than advise, counsellors assist you to find answers that suit you.
