Web Quest on Halley's Comet
Tasks

Greetings students! My name is Mission Commander Chris and I have an exciting mission for you!

Mission: To discover important information about Halley’s comet.

Instructions: There are five tasks to complete in order to fulfill the mission. To complete these tasks successfully, you must aim to meet the criteria of each task to the highest standard. When you feel you have done this, go on to the next task. After completing task 5, e-mail your set of completed tasks, in the form of a Power Point presentation, to your Mission Advisor (your student partner). Please make sure you have a Mission Advisor (a partner) and their e-mail address. They will decide whether your tasks meet the quality criteria to the highest standard and provide suggestions on changes you could make to achieve this. You must then make any changes to your tasks and also assess and make suggestions on your Mission Advisor’s (partner’s) tasks. At the end of the mission, your Mission Headquarters (class teacher) will offer an award for excellence in Web Questing, after viewing the Power Point presentations.
