Zbrush 3 Lazy Mouse

Now your on to my new favourite tool the Lazy mouse, which you will see through my tutorial how to turn it on most importantly, when to use it and when not to use it, and finally my favourite, doodling and just having fun with it.

So, how about we turn lazy mouse first on to start off this tutorial. By simply clicking the Stroke palette on the upper menu bar, you should be able to see Lazy Mouse , well Iam not going to go through the advance options, so just turn it on by clicking with your left mouse button. Lazy mouse helps greatly when it comes to adding details to our model and saves alot of time when it comes to detailing also. So basically just use it when you need a great amount of control when detialing your model. I should also mention that you should always take in mind when you have switch on Lazy mouse because when it comes to Tweaking it causes issues as you will notice in the future.

Now that its on lets get started, make sure under Rapid UI that STD is turned on. Now on the left hand side menu bar in the Stroke palette use Dots as your stroke or if you want Freehand.

Well lets now lower the intensity by simply pressing on your keyboard U lower it to around 30. Do the same with Draw size by pressing S on your keyboard lower it to whatever suits your model or the tool your using, as you can see Iam still using the model I prepared earlier.

Now lets doodle some celtic patterns on your model if you dont know what Celtic art looks like then check it up on the net, they really know how to do patterns. Well now you can have fun like I'am. Laters.
