Let's Cook Together, the inspiration for this new concept in the region - the first professional amateur's cookery school in Bathurst, NSW. Let's Cook Together is not only about cooking but meeting interesting people and spending quality time with friends or colleagues in a home like atmosphere. Cooking to us means great fun and absolute relaxation as it needs full attention of all senses and can draw you away for a couple of hours from your troubles.

Let's Cook Together is a new form of entertainment and a great alternative to going to the same restaurant every evening. We guarantee maximum fun and entertainment including a fabulous meal prepared by yourself with the help of other cooking amateurs and under the supervision of our chefs. You take home a bunch of new friends, a delicious recipe and some new kitchen skills.

Cooking is hip and there is nothing better than a romantic dinner for two prepared with love. This is the best way to win someone's heart and cooking together is a very sensual thing. Start with us to brush up your kitchen skills and impress your friends and family with your new passion. Those of you who are still in the beginning of an amateur's kitchen career will get the chance to learn the basic skills in our specially designed classes.

Let's Cook Together gives you the unique opportunity to make a difference to your next birthday party with friends, a special occasion or anniversary without any hassle. Not to worry about shopping or cleaning the kitchen after a long party. We have everything under control and you just have to relax and enjoy. Special corporate events or private parties have now the perfect place in the region.

Photo of the president John SmithThe president John Smith grew up in Bathurst, NSW and has been a chef in major restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne. John has won many cooking and catering awards. John has also studied in Paris, France, where he interacted other international cooks and published various cookbooks. Back in Australia he decided to help other learn to cook in a fun and social environment.

Single handed he set up "Cooking is Fun" where he aimed to attract young motivated people to participate in new innovation cooking. Later changed the the name to "Let's Cook Together". Within the first two years he had several cooks paricipating and a large demand from companys and businesses all over NSW.

In 2005, John became the president of the "Let's Cook Together", as president he over looks the business and reguarly gets his hands dirty in the kitchen. He was also responsible the clubs Website. Thanks to John the "Let's Cook Together" is aclaimed nationally and Internationally.

John lives with his wife, Diana and daughter, Lisa Marie in Bathurst. He can either be found in the kiiche or at the restaurant having a beer.
