The list of dishes below are some of my all time favourite meals. These meals range from Chicken Parmigiana right through to a Thai dish of Massaman curry.
Chicken Parmigiana
Chicken Parmigiana is a dish where pieces of chicken are crumbed with breadcrumbs and then, these pieces of chicken are topped with homemade tomato sauce or salsa and grated cheese, once all of the topping has been put onto the top of the pieces of chicken it can be put in the oven until the cheese is golden brown and melted or the pieces of chicken can be shallow or deep fired in some oil. You can also add bacon to the topping as an extra ingredient.

Peking Duck
Peking Duck is a famous duck dish that originated from Beijing, and consists of a whole duck that had been put in the oven to oven roast or flame grilled on the BBQ until the meat is cooked on the inside, hopefully leaving a crispy skin on the outside. This dish is normally saved for special occasions.

Beef Wellington
Beef Wellington is where a fillet steak is coated with pate'(normally made up of mushrooms) and then wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Some recipes include wrapping the fillet steak up in a crepe before wrapping it in puff pastry, this is to retain the moisture and prevent the steak from making the puff pastry soggy. spices may then be added if desired to enhance the flavour; some examples of some spices that may be used are curry, cumin, mixed herbs, ginger, and also all spice.

Massamun Curry
Massamun Curry is a dish that comes from the southern part of Thailand. Massamun Curry is normally made up of beef (but can be also made with chicken) , coconut milk, roasted peanuts or cashews and also potatoes. This dish is made from massamun curry paste which in turn produces the flavour of the whole dish. This dish is normally served on a bed of rice which can be mixed in to soak up all of the juices of the curry.

The dishes that are listed above are just some of my favourite meals, obviously there is going to be more than this.
