This survey is a part of a post graduate research project being carried out by Hugh Campbell at Charles Sturt University in Australia. If you are the user, owner or operator of a pressurised irrigation system, I would like to invite you to submit a completed survey as soon as possible.

The form is downloadable as a Word File (64k) or as an Adobe pdf file (184k). You can print the file and complete by hand and return by post or save the word file, complete it on your computer and either e-mail it back to me at hcampbell@csu.edu.au or print and post to
