1 prepare and eat food
This involves firstly scrounging food to cook, even though you aren't even hungry
walk the whole 12 steps to the kitchen/common room to cook the food that you just gathered and place in/on cooking device and cook food
finally you can eat the food you prepared that you don't really want, but you eat it anyway. anything is better than completing assignments

(this form of procrastination can lead to students becoming overweight and crabby due to the poor choice of food and frequency of eating)
