The expert in Ethics will become competent in discussing issues such as:

Social Expert:

The Social expert will be able to effectively debate issues such as:

  • Should some people not be given organs i.e. the obese, criminals, terrorists? Who would decide?
  • Should animals be bred to provide organs for humans? As the great apes are closest genetically to humans, should we harvest their organs? What animals are most likely to provide the best organs?
  • Should stem cell research be allowed to progress to the point where organs could be "grown" in the laboratory?
  • Should a person's beliefs be enough to prevent the removal of potentially lifesaving organs following brain death?
