To link documents using the Property inspector’s folder icon or link text box:

1. Select text or an image in the Document window’s Design view.
2. Make sure the Property inspector (Window > Properties) is open, and then do one of the following:
3. Click the folder icon to the right of the Link text box to browse to and select a file.
