Pasting a Graph into a Word document

NB. Have Word open already.  

1. Select the graph by clicking on it once and it has a border around it as shown.

Copy the graph by accessing the EDIT menu and clicking on COPY or pressing Ctrl C


2. Go to WORD. Before pasting the graph type a sentence explaining what the graph is……..
The graph below represents the information gathered from surveying a group of uni students about the type of food they prefer.

3. Place your cursor where you want to paste the graph.

Then go to EDIT and then PASTE SPECIAL

Select PASTE As Microsoft Excel Chart Object
