Pasting a Graph into a Word document
NB. Have Word open already. 1. Select the graph by clicking on it once and it has a border around it as shown. Copy the graph by accessing the EDIT menu and clicking on COPY or pressing Ctrl C 2. Go to WORD. Before pasting the graph type a sentence explaining what the graph is…….. The graph below represents the information gathered from surveying a group of uni students about the type of food they prefer. 3. Place your cursor where you want to paste the graph.
