It is primarily intended for Micronesians (whether living in Micronesia or in other countries), but a modified questionnaire is provided for non-Micronesians who are interested in Micronesian heritage. In most instances you need only select the one option that most closely corresponds to your preferred answer. A few questions require short answers to be typed directly into the Questionnaire.
