Information Architecture is a structural design of shared environments. It is the methods of organizing and labeling websites, intranets, and online communities. As the following diagram has shown, we need applications to tranform data into information. Customers may easy to retrieve and use information. This site will be discussed three different IA tools and view how they are functioning on the site.
