Soda bread

Soda Bread is made using bread soda instead of yeast.

• traditionally made in Ireland
• can be made with wholemeal or white flour
• other ingredients are bread soda, salt and buttermilk
• also known as Damper in Australia
• quick and easy to make

Multigrain bread

Multi grain bread is very good for you as it is high in fibre.

• you can choose which grains you would like to add
• add nuts for extra flavour
• made with traditional yeast
• add extra flavour by baking in a wood-fired oven
