Home Cheese Making Bread Making Contact

Classes are conducted on the same night for 4 consecutive weeks. They run from 6.00pm to 9.00pm at the Central High School cooking classrooms. Participants are required to bring an apron and a sense of humor.

Before attending any of the classes, you must read the information regarding Food Safety Standards.

Note: Class cancellations attract an administration fee of $10.00.
