EdNA promotes quality and up to date information and resources from specialist collections aimed at promoting the benefits of the Internet for learning and education in Australia. For all of these reasons I have chosen to use this search tool. |

Other detection methods discussed were keyword searches using Yahoo, Metacrawler. The results also indicated the estimated percentage of students who plagiarise from the web proving that the incidence of plagiarism is on the rise. |

| D.) comments on the quality of the results obtained | From this search I came across two great sites dedicated to educating teachers, students and parents on plagiarism and the issues associated with it. The sites are http://plagiarism.org and www.plagiarized.com. Plagiarism.org offers great statistics on the percentage of students plagiarising, the site also offers a plagiarism detection service and prevention techniques. Plagiarized.com covers the sub topics of prevention techniques for parents and teachers, copyright information and links to other sites covering different methods of detection and prevention. |
