I have a half-brother Gary from my father's first marriage who is about 17 years older than me, having been born in 1942. In early 2004 my children and I visited him and his wife Dierdre at their Narooma (south coast of New South Wales) home for a few days and it was a great opportunity for all of us to get to know each other. The first contact I ever had with Gary was at Dad's funeral back in 1998. Consequently, there is a lot of ground to cover. Unfortunately, Gary's sister and my half-sister Pauline died in 1999 from cancer. I never met her.
These photos above are of a very young Gary and are two of the very few photos of Gary when he was a young boy. He lived with my mother and father for a short while after they married.
