Hello everyone, I am Sudip R.C and this is my homepage.

I am a aspirant and enthusiastic IT student seeking opportunities in applications of IT industry that will offer me to demonstrate my technical, organizational and problem solving skills in real life situations. Master degree in this field will open up further opportunity for me in my career.

The highest priority of today's scientific community is to set up internet based system and to form a policy, decision under the utilisation of various technological aspects. Applying various aspects of information technology in the most complex and massive data would help mankind to solve a long term and unsolved problems.


My academic inclination towards science and aptitude saw me study Bachelor of science and technology with majors theoritical and appied statistics having 3yrs duration at Tribuvan University, Nepal.I was priviled to be a passionate student of one of the best faculty in Statistics in the country. The under graduation program at Tribhuvan University offers a well-structured and comprehensive course curriculum. This course has equipped me with a strong foundation in the fundamental statistical concepts.

After completion of my under graduation, I got chance to study Master of Statistics in a limited quotas of 50 students in Central Dept. of Statistics at Tribuvan University. The program offers 2yrs intensive integrated research experience involving both theoritical and applied statistics.

My keen interest towards information of Tecnology came up when I first introduced to the various statistical tools/software that we use for data entry and data analysis at Masters level. When I thoroughly studied and workout on this subject, I realize there is a vast scope in this field with collaboration of statistics and information technology. It is hardly to believe that there is no any area of sciences where IT have not intercept.

The dimension of IT it includes are enormous. considering and knowing all these applicability of information technology, I am very much influenced by its wide scope and motivated to continue further study in this field.


Statistical and technological Sciences has been my area of interest since my under graduation. My first project in this thrust was population projection to evaluate the size of the population of a particular period using past population data. Using various models/methods such as logistic model, regression model, and Coale-Demeny method on base period, population projection for given period has been done which was accepted by Tribhuvan University as a remarkable achievement.

Beside, I worked as a data analyst for a financial survey conducted by Nepal Rastra Bank of Nepal under collaboration with Asian Development Bank to improve access to finance sector development program.Moreover, I got a chance to get involve myself in a team member of data analyst in a National Population Census 2011,Nepal conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics in assistance with National Planning Commission Secretariat, Government of Nepal to formulate further policies in economic, health, education etc sectors for the development of nation and the welfare of its people.

I have done a research and published a report named "Statistical Investigation of Poverty of Nepal" considering linkages of poverty with socio-demographic variables and using various frequency tables and statistical test. I have also involved myself in a project work on Acute Liver Failure taking 200 patients suffered from the disease. Different statistics and test like Chi-square, Man-Whitney, log-rank, Cox-PH, survival analysis, K-M estiamte were obtained by using SPSS software. A list of K-M survival estimates of overall ALF patients and median for survival time were found
