My Parents

My father and mother both migrated from South Africa in the early 1960's to Zimbabwe looking for greener pastures and that was when they met.

I was born in Zimbabwe in 1966 and lived in Harare until my migration to Australia in 1993.

Since then

I came to Australia seeking a better life as the political turmoil in the country at that time was quite unpleasant.

I originally settled in Perth as I had some relatives there however I drove to Sydney in 1998 to look for work.
