Background   At the beginning of 2012, the IT Manager of Murdoch University identified that there was funding available for the Library to implement an Information Architecture tool in order to enhance the information architecture of a site or in the design and planning of a Library website.   A report was compiled to evaluate which information architecture tool would be most useful to the Murdoch Library website. The three information architecture tools evaluated were: Content Management Systems Collaborative Filtering Web Analytics As I believe they offer the most relevant tools for our Library website. A careful analysis of different software packages which utilise the three information architecture tools identified the strengths and weaknesses of these options.                                                                                                             Next Page >
