Recommendations After careful research, it is recommended that the IT team implements the Content Management System, Drupal. Based on: The time saved in planning and publishing content to the web; Drupal's power to improve usability with the user's navigation; The combination of a Content Managment System to improve Information Architecture and the planning of the website; Usefulness of Drupal due to the many Library specific modules that can improve the functionality of the website; Content Management Systems, Collaborative Filtering and Web Analytics all improve the functionality and planning of a Library’s website. Collaborative Filtering would improve the Information Architecture by enhancing the search interface within the Library Catalogue. Web Analytics improves the planning of the website through providing statistics on how the website is being accessed by users. Content Management Systems have the power to improve both functionality and planning of the website, while providing the most to our Information Architect in flexibility and support.       References Amazon (2012).
