HELLO, my name is Thalia Haynes and I’m an animator in training at Charles Sturt University (CSU) in Wagga Wagga. I consider myself to be a sketch artist that specialises in people and cartoons as you may be able to tell by my many sketches in the “Gallery” section of the website.

I’ve been wanting to do animation since I was in year nine at high school and I’m glad to be finally be living out my dream here at CSU. Being more draw to the 2D aspect of the course, I really enjoyed creating my animation “Trial and Error”. I feel that this animation brings the two things I love most, animation and music.

I’ve been playing clarinet since I was in year 5. I’ve gone to the Riverina Combined Schools Music Camp, played in the Sydney Opera House as apart of the NSW Senior Wind Ensemble and performed in Hawaii as apart of the West of the Divide concert band in the Pacific Basins Music Festival.

I love to draw, I love music and I love that my career is headed in the direction of animation.
