Welcome

My name is Tabitha Humphreys and I am currently completing a Bachelor of Education (Primary) at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst , NSW.

I am an only-child and live with my family in the small community of Portland, NSW. I have been educated within the local area and completed the HSC at La Salle Academy , Lithgow, in 2004.

This E-Portfolio is part of my assessment as I develop as a teaching professional. In this E-Portfolio I aim to communicate my ideas and understandings about the teaching profession in regards to Curriculum, knowledge, pedagogy and assessment. Also included is a section on my development as a professional which outlines the activities I have taken part in and qualifications I have obtained. As well as a section on my teaching philosophy which will provide you with a further insight to the idea, values and goals i have as a beginning teacher, which i am sure to change as I progress through the teaching profession.
